vacation! (a very long post with lots of pictures!)

The four of us headed up to Seattle and Portland for a week (Tim had a conference in Portland, so we rented a car and visited friends in Seattle as well). We had a great time, the boys did so well on the plane and on the long car rides, and we hope to get back there again!

On Friday we went to the Seattle Aquarium.







On Saturday we went to Northwest Trek with Jennie and her family.



Sunday: we went to the Pike Place Market and Jetty Island (with Julie and Josh!)













On Monday we went to the Woodland Park Zoo with Jennie and Claire. I was excited that they have a new penguin exhibit!












On Tuesday we drove back to Portland and went to Mount St. Helens on the way. It was amazing.




On Wednesday we didn't do much - Tim was doing seminars, so the boys and I went to the hotel pool for awhile!
