today was benjamin's first day of his "ones" preschool. he did pretty well - i picked him up early, since he (along with everyone else in the class) was crying for a bit. i'm sure it will take him a few weeks to get used to it, but it's good that he's seeing/playing with other kids and that i get to run some errands without my little sidekick. here's a photo from this morning:
