we had a visit from my brother last month, and benjamin was SUPER excited that uncle scott was here. :) noah was excited too, but isn't a fan of sitting still for pictures. :)

Our friends Chris and Anah just moved to Arizona, so we celebrated them at our weekly Bible study last Tuesday.

And my friend Alex is moving to Salt Lake City, so we met up at the mall to hang out before she leaves. Noah was intrigued by the gigantic smurf {oxymoron!} :)

summer sounds: korean classical music and dance company

We're trying something new this summer, and the boys love it! Tim's cousin Missy has gone to Summer Sounds at the Hollywood Bowl for a few years, and it's fantastic! There's a little show and an art project, perfect for kids. And it exposes them to different cultures, which I love! We had a blast watching the drums and dancing!

santa barbara

We were in Santa Barbara a few weeks ago for Sadie's birthday, and decided to go up early to walk around. I love it there!

touch a truck

Every year, Thousand Oaks puts on an event called (appropriately) Touch A Truck. This could also be named "Every Little Boy's Dream." There were busses, a helicopter, fire trucks, a bucket truck, army trucks, trash truck, and more for the kids to climb in, honk the horns, pretend to drive...I thought Benjamin and Noah just might move in. ;) We will definitely be going to this again next year!!

preschool graduation

Benjamin graduated from his beloved preschool last month. I would be completely heartbroken, but at least Noah's going for two years so I get to see his amazing teachers every week still!
